Plesk Control Panel Support
Your Control Panel allows you to administer your domain. Once your webhosting
space is configured, you will be able to log into your Control Panel
using your password.
[Preferences]
This area contains settings for your domain. Some are adjustable. In
particular, you may determin what happens to undeliverable mail sent
to a username@yourdomain.com that you have not created a mailbox for.
This is generally referred to as a "catch-all". You can elect to send
an automatic message back, or to redirect this email to a specific address
so that mail to anyone@yourdomain.com never bounces back to the sender.
[Report]
This will tell you various pieces of information about your domain.
You can enter an email address and have this report emailed to you as
required. From this page you may also load Webalyzer to view your domain
statistics.
[Mail]
Generally, to create a mailbox for yourself or another member of your
domain, you would click on Mail, and then add a mailname. On the following
page ensure you click the mailbox option, then enter a password for
the user. You may then scroll down and click on Update and you will
have a conventional, operating mailbox. Other customised options are
available on this page.
